Whole Pig

Whole Pig:

  • $3.80/lb based on the hanging weight (approximately 200 lb hanging weight)
  • Estimated 120 lb in finished pork products to customer

The $3.80/lb is paid to Baldwin Family Farms based on the hanging weight (weight after the animal is slaughtered but before the animal is cut and packaged).  

The customer communicates directly with the butcher as to how their meat should be cut and packaged, pays the butcher for butchering fees, and picks up the finished meat at Baldwin Family Farms.  Delivery may be an option for an additional fee.
